Malbec + Butternut Squash Pizza Crust


So I jumped on the butternut squash crust wagon and I do not regret it! This basically tasts like polenta with marinara – which is not a bad thing – and while both a creamy Chardonnay and a spicy Malbec taste good with it, I’d lean towards the darker wine — which adds more layers to the overall flavor.
